WOD#3 of the CrossFit Open was released last night and it is:
5 Minute AMRAP
Squat Clean(165#/110#)
Jerk(165#/110#)
While it is not what I was hoping for I am still excited(which seemed to surprise lots of my friends). Looking back in my logs I was shocked that a little over 6 months ago my 1RM C&J was 110#(I remember being happy at the time because it was only 10pounds off bodyweight). Now that I have spent the last 3 months focusing on strength I am eager to see how many I can do at that weight in 5 minutes.
I am planning on throwing down the WOD on Saturday during the allotted time for competitors at CFW. I will post an update on here afterwards to let you know how it goes. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
